Cruise Cancelled? If you've had a cruise cancelled then Carnival will give you 100% future cruise credit to use on a sailing before 31st December 2022 with $600 onboard credit per stateroom if 6 nights or more. You will be offered $300 credit per stateroom if if five days or less. Alternatively you can have a 100% refund.

Cruise Protection Policy: If you have a sailing before 31st September 2020 then you can cancel your cruise up to 30 days in advance with a future cruise credit issued to you. However Carnival are offering some onboard credit if you choose to stick to your original cruise. This is anything from $50 to $300 depending on destination and date.

Cruise Protection Policy: If you are booked on a Cunard voyage sailing before 31 August 2020, you may now cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure. Cancelled bookings within balance due will receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equivalent to 110% of the full balance. Your Future Cruise Credit can be used right up to the end of next year (31 December 2021) and can be redeemed against any Cunard voyage sailing until the end of March 2022.

Cruise Protection Policy: If you have an existing booking for a Marella Cruises booked before 17 March 2020 and travelling on or before 30 June 2020, you can amend for free to any holiday that’s currently on sale. If you choose a holiday that’s cheaper than the one you originally booked, we’ll refund you the difference. If you choose a holiday that’s more expensive than your original booking, you’ll need to pay the difference in price. You can make a change free of charge up until seven days before your original departure date. This policy is in place until 31 May 2020. So, if your holiday departs between 8 June 2020 and 30 June 2020, you must make any amends on or before 31 May 2020.


If you make a new Marella Cruises booking between 17 March 2020 and 31 May 2020, you won’t need to pay your balance until four weeks before your departure date. Should your holiday become affected by changes in travel restrictions or government advice, meaning that it can no longer go ahead as planned, Marella will proactively contact you to offer a range of flexible options.

🔺 MSC Cruises 🔺

Cruise Cancelled? For all cruises a 125% Future Cruise Credit of the original cruise fare paid. The Future Cruise Credit can be used on any sailing departing on or before December 31, 2021. If the Future Cruise Credit is not used by December 2021, guests will receive a refund equal to the original amount of the cruise fare.

Cruise Protection Policy: MSC have introduced the ‘Flexible Cruise Programme’ which applies to all existing bookings where the departure date falls on or before 30th June 2020. The Flexible Cruise Programme allows guests who have already booked to reschedule their cruise to any departure date up until 31st December, 2021. For those booked on a cruise only basis this change can be made up to 48-hours prior to original cruise departure, and for those booked on a Fly Cruise product 96-hours prior to departure.


When looking to reschedule your cruise, you can select any cruise within the same geographical area, for example if you are currently booked to travel in the Mediterranean your new cruise must also be in the Mediterranean. Your new cruise can be up to the value of your current cruise, however if the new cruise is of higher value you will be required to pay the difference. In order to be eligible for the programme you must have paid your balance in full otherwise standard terms and conditions apply. (So pay your balance and then enact the program is our advice)

🔺 Norwegian Cruise Line 🔺

Cruise Cancelled? Guests who were booked on suspended cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 through April 11, 2020 will automatically receive a 125% or 150% refund (depending on the original cruise date) of their cruise fare in the form of a Future Cruise Credit which can be applied towards any Norwegian Cruise Line voyage through December 31, 2022. Future Cruise Credits will be applied to your account by April 1, 2020.


Cruises with embarkation dates from March 13 to March 17, 2020 will receive 150% Cruises with embarkation dates from March 18 to April 11, 2020 will receive 125%


NCL are also giving an additional 20% discount when using your Future Cruise Credit on any cruise embarking through December 31, 2022 when you book by April 10, 2020!

This means if you choose to amend your booking to a future date, the full amount you have paid for your cruise, plus an extra 25% will be transferred to that booking; or we can send you a voucher for this amount to be redeemed against any future Saga Ocean Cruise. This future cruise credit will last for a period of 24 months. For all sailings departing between August 1st and December 31st 2020 (existing and future bookings) our guests will have a chance to cancel their booking up to 30 days prior to departure and receive 100% cash refund of the monies paid to Silversea. For any booking between 29 days prior to sailing and sailing date the cancellation penalty will amount to 100% of the booking value.

For those guests whose cruise falls within this window of suspended operations, Viking are offering the choice of a Future Cruise Voucher valued at 125% of all monies paid to Viking or a refund equal to the amount paid. Guests will have 24 months to use their Future Cruise Voucher to make a new reservation on any river, ocean or expedition cruise. For additional flexibility, if you are unable to use your voucher, Viking will automatically send you a refund equal to the original amount paid to Viking after the voucher expires. These Future Cruise Vouchers will also be fully transferable.

If you use your Future Voyage Credit before June 30, 2020, we'll sweeten things even more, with up to $500 in onboard credit. This credit is based on your stateroom type as follows: Suites: $500, Sea Terraces: $300, and Sea Views or Insiders: $150.


Alternatively you can have a full refund of your voyage fare along with a Future Voyage Credit equal to 25% of the booked voyage fare to be used on a future sailing.

🔺 Canada 🔺

Status: Transport Canada has suspended the cruise season across Canada until July 1, 2020. This impacts on Canadian and Alaskan Cruises.


River Cruise Lines - Coming Shortly
